Agreement
This agreement is between you and
Bin Beavers (and its affiliates, “Bin Beavers” or “binbeavers.com” or the “Website” or “we” or “us”). Before using Bin Beavers, please read these
Terms and Conditions of Service, the
Privacy Policy, and the
Standalone or Recurring Payment Terms and Conditions, along with any other applicable rules or policies posted on our website or available via the Bin Beavers app (collectively, this “Agreement”). By using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use Bin Beavers.
Service Overview
You agree to contract with
Bin Beavers for the retrieval, placement, and return of your trash and/or recycling bins at the property address specified during signup, also according to any additional notes you may have given us to reasonably fulfill. If you wish to upgrade or downgrade, you may at any time by contacting us. Please do make your purchase at least one week in advance for best scheduling operations.
Bin Beavers offers three choices to suit your needs, with fulfillment for up to 6 bins:
- One-Time (One-Day Service) – Choose ONE waste pickup day and time for a one-time bin service: $9.95
- 1X-Per-Week (Monthly Subscription) – Choose ONE waste pickup day and time for regular weekly bin service: $34.95/month
- 2X-Per-Week (Monthly Subscription) – Choose TWO waste pickup days and times for regular weekly bin service: $54.95/month
Bin Access and Property Entry
By purchasing one time and/or subscription plans with us, you authorize Bin Beavers and its team members (“Helpers” or “Bin Jockeys”) to access your property for the purpose of moving bins to and from the curb. You confirm that you have the right to grant this access and will ensure the following:
- Unrestricted access to bins on scheduled service days, including any gate codes, lock combinations, or security permissions required.
- Safe conditions, such as restraining pets or resolving any hazardous issues (e.g. broken gates or blocked paths).
If Helpers are unable to access your bins, service will not be performed for that visit, and you will not receive a credit or refund.
Service Details
You agree to the following: All of our bin services, as far as we are obliged to complete the stated actions, are enacted on the day we begin to move any of your trash and/or recycle bins, which is usually up to 24 hours before your designated trash or recycle day. We also return up to 24 hours after your scheduled waste days and times in order to bring back all of your trash and/or recycle bin(s).
Bin Beavers or its Helpers will:
- Move your bins (trash and/or recycling) to the curb for pickup, up to 24 hours before.
- Take date-time-stamped photo(s) of the bin(s) set at the curb for proof purposes.
- Return your bin(s) to their original storage location after collection, up to 24 hours afterwards.
Standalone or Recurring Payment Terms and Conditions
Bin Beavers standalone charges are effective upon purchase and its recurring subscription services may be billed monthly (or every 30 days from the time of your first order) and must be prepaid before the start of any service. Upon initial service request (or at the end of a free trial period if offered), and in order to begin and continue recurring monthly service, an account will be set up (month-to-month with no contract and canceled at any time), by you or us, with entry of your payment details (debit or credit card, etc.). Therein, you agree and grant us permission to store the payment information, using a secure service (i.e. Stripe, etc.), and for us to receive the appropriate amount for the service you request at that time and at the beginning of each new 30-day period.
- Standalone or Recurring Payments: Payments may be manually or automatically charged to your chosen payment method as either a one-time charge for a one-off service (eg. $9.95) or at the start of each billing cycle for monthly-charged 1X-per-week service (eg. $34.95).
- Sales Tax: Applicable local, state, and federal taxes may be added to your service fee.
- Price Changes: If we adjust our pricing, we will provide 60 days’ written notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time if you do not agree to the new rates.
- Promotional (Promo) Codes: From time to time, we will offer promotions with discounts on services (eg. 50% off new orders). If so, such discounts may be applied wholly with one-time purchases, but, only affect the first month of any of our recurring subscription services, if placed as a new order.
- Payment Method Storage (addendum): It is not our current practice to store your payment information for our “One Time” bin service, but you may request it for expediting future orders, should you wish.
Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
- Cancellation: To cancel any of our subscription services, we ask that you provide 30 days’ advance notice prior to the next billing cycle by submitting a cancellation request via phone call or text message at 480-331-8511 or via email at info at binbeavers dot com or our contact form at https://binbeavers.com.
The subscriptions are month-to-month, which comprise a 30-day period, and alongside the “One-Time” bin services, may be canceled at any time for any reason by contacting us, or, we may also cancel any customer order at any time for any reason. To do so, we will turn off automatic payment withdrawals with Stripe for subscriptions. We ask that you give us at least 72 hours of advance notice in order to cancel or postpone any of our services. This is so that we at Bin Beavers may better plan all of our customer routes for our team members (“Helpers” or “Bin Jockeys”).
Generally, we do not offer any refunds (retroactive or prorated, etc.) on subscriptions with which we’ve begun for that 30-day period, but we will immediately discontinue your debit or credit card, or any other payment method(s), for any future transactions, upon request. If you contact us to
cancel at least 72 hours before a “One-Time” waste pickup OR before the first waste pickup of a new subscription or of a subscription renewal, we will
refund 100% of your funds. However, within any shorter time frame (eg. within 72 hours), any refund owed to you is forfeited and we will retain the funds. We retain the right to make any refunds or not.
Liability and Limitations
- Bin Safety: Bin Beavers is not responsible for damage to bins caused by weather, vandalism, or vehicles interacting with bins.
- Property Issues: You are responsible for maintaining safe property conditions, including functional gates, fences, and compliance with local codes.
- Pets: You must restrain pets during service visits to ensure safety.
Customer Satisfaction
If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of the issue to allow us to address and resolve your concerns promptly.
Changes to Service
We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue Bin Beavers services or policies at any time. Updates to this Agreement will be posted on our website. Your continued use of Bin Beavers constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or claims related to Bin Beavers will be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with applicable state laws. By using our services, you waive the right to pursue disputes in court.
